Overview
Also known as free trade zones – Free Zones are essentially economic areas where goods and services can be traded, usually at preferential tax and customs rates. They were originally rolled out to boost international business in the region by offering benefits such as 100% foreign company ownership. There are currently 45 free zones across the UAE.

In a freezone, a company can be formed with 100% ownership by the expat(s). the owner can be only one person or more than one as well. Depending on the numbers of owners for the freezone company the suffix with the name of the company can be given as a Free Zone Establishment (FZE) or Free Zone Limited Liability Company (FZ-LLC)

In case of multiple shareholder or owner in Free Zone Company (FZC), the freezone company the suffix Free Zone Company (FZCO) or Free Zone Limited Liability Company (FZ-LLC)

PARTNER'S DETAIL
Enter the respective details of each of your partners, local service agents or managers. Be ready to input their address details, contact details, personal identification numbers (EID, Passport number, UID) their roles in the company, and the distribution of the company share.
Initial approval is a mandatory step to proceed further. Initial approval certificates are also required if you wish to register a new business location (Ejari) for your business.
