Visa extension is applicable for a tourist visa and visit visa. By conducting renewal, the applicant extends the duration of the visa for a specified period of time. This specified period can be 30 days or 90 day. Visa extension allows the applicant to continue the stay for the specified period of time without committing an exit. The subsequent renewal must be conducted and completed before the first tourist visa or visit visa expires. And those individuals who violate the rules and fail to renew are liable for a fine. The fine amount is AED 100 per day and it will be accumulated until the individual wish to leave the country. And the tourism agency reserves the right to file any complaints against the violators.
